On the 1st and 2nd floors of a very old Paimpol business, duplex apartment of approx. 50 m². After a day's walking, you'll love relaxing in the authentic Club armchair and sofa. Located in the heart of old Paimpol, the area is particularly peaceful, yet within walking distance of small shops, galleries, restaurants, etc. Every Tuesday morning, you can stroll through the market in the heart of town. The apartment is located right in the middle of this weekly event, without compromising the tranquility of the accommodation. Another great pleasure is to leave the car behind and go for a walk: along the GR34 to the Tour de Kerroc'h and the Pors Don fire, to the Tossen beach or the Pointe de Guilben, not forgetting the Bay of Poulafret and its windmill, or Beauport Abbey. Don't forget to try some oysters at Arin for a magical moment. To complete your experience, spend a day on the Ile de Bréhat, 6 km from the landing stage.
Your apartment is located on the first floor of a former art gallery that is inactive outside the summer season.

- separate toilet.
Shared entrance with commercial premises on the ground floor of the building. You'll enter via the gallery, which is empty except during the two summer months when 3 craftswomen set up shop to sell their beautiful creations.
This 17th-century house in Paimpol's historic center is semi-detached on both sides.
The pedestrian streets take you 200 m to the town's free parking lots.

Ibou Idéalement placé
Appartement très bien équipé au niveau cuisine avec un vrai four ! Petit bémol sur le magnifique canapé qui reste pour nous un peu trop raide. L'appartement est très bien placé à proximité d'un parking gratuit à 5 min à pied et d'une superette à moins de 3 min.

personne ne s'est jamais plaint du manque de confort de cet appartement, bien au contraire. Le canapé club est neuf et convient à l'immense majorité des voyageurs.

Wanderer aus Köln Ein zentraler Ort
Eine sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, und Joelle ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

J et N Super semaine à Paimpol
A part la météo tout était parfait dans ce joli appartement très propre, bien équipé, avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue qui fait toujours plaisir et un accueil très sympathique de Joël qui connaît très bien sa ville et sa région ce qui nous a permis de suivre ses conseils sur tous les lieux à voir et visiter à paimpol et ses environs.
Emplacement top en centre ville sans aucune nuisance si ce n'est le chant des goélands le matin ce qui est loin d'être désagréable en bords de mer!! Merci à Joël pour son accueil et sa gentillesse et gardons l'adresse pour une éventuelle prochaine fois.- Cleanliness

Kritine Perfect holiday
We are very satisfied with our stay.
Joel is the perfect host, friendly, helpful, he gave us many tips to make our stay in Paimpol as pleasant as possible.
Joel had provided a welcome gift on arrival, we really appreciated that.
The flat was very clean and completely fulfilled the description.
It is centrally located. The bakery, butcher, fishmonger, City Carrefour and shops were all within 300m.
We enjoyed the restaurants on the harbour, especially Tonton Guy.
We will definitely come back again and will recommend the flat to friends and family.
