Nestled in a superb wooded property, this completely refurbished family home is the place to go for a change of scenery! It's more than just a place to stay: everything has been carefully designed for your comfort, with spacious, light-filled living rooms where nature invites you in. The must? The lounge with its pool table, a charming asset for lively, convivial evenings. Everyone will agree that it's time to relax and stroll by the lake: you can even have lunch there, as the cabin is equipped with a gas stove! To discover the area, you'll have plenty to choose from: starting with the pretty village of Bécherel, the Cité du Livre with its bookshops, art galleries and craftsmen's workshops (10 km), Dinan, a medieval city with its ramparts and marina (17 km). 47 km from the resort of St Cast le Guildo, where one of the owners, an artisan fisherman, can offer you fish and seafood: remember to book in advance!
Your vacation rental, arranged over 2 levels, includes :
First floor:
Entrance hall, large living room with billiard table and double fireplace also opening onto the well-equipped fitted kitchen, large veranda, laundry room and separate toilet (washbasin).
First floor:
Small landing with desk leading to a children's bedroom (4 bunk beds - good bedding), a bathroom (bath).
Through another corridor, access to 2 bedrooms: one (1 bed 160x200 - TV), the other very spacious with a lounge-TV area and a superb view over the garden (1 bed 180x200), shower room and separate toilet.
Outside:
Accessible cellar for storing bikes and beach equipment.
Terraces, large wooded grounds, lake below the property with its own cabane (cooking facilities), terrace overlooking well-kept wooded paths.

Ludo & Co Plouasne première quinzaine d'aout 2024
Gîte très confortable dans un immense domaine un peu à l'extérieur de Plouasne, complètement au calme.
Le gite est très grand et dispose de plusieurs espaces. Le domaine contient un sous-bois et des étangs autour desquels il est possible de se balader. Un petit chalet permet aussi de préparer le repas et de manger au bord de l'eau.
Elodie, la propriétaire, est très accueillante et de bons conseils pour les activités aux alentours et jusqu'à la côte (Saint-Malo, Saint-Cast, Dinard, Dinan, Becherel etc). Et aussi les bonnes adresses !
Un gite qui vaut le détour, et qui mérite qu'on y prête attention !

Phil78 Très positifs
Très bon accueil qui rassure à son arrivée.
- Points positifs : Paysage sublime, espace extérieur vaste et reposant. La maison a toutes les commodités comme indiquées dans le descriptifs de la location, tout est prévu rien à ramener. Le parking peut accueillir plusieurs véhicules. Le prix est en adéquation avec le gîte. Vu la superficie du gîte je conseille de prendre l'option ménage pour partir sans stress.
- Points négatifs : A ce jour aucun.
- Points d'améliorations : avec le recul, j'en vois qu'un avec la démocratisation des véhicules électriques une prise pour recharger son véhicule la nuit serait un plus (avec facturation supplémentaire évidemment) mais pas d'inquiétude sinon il y en a à proximité mais il faudra patienter dans son véhicule durant la recharge.
Nous reviendrons certainement pour finir de visiter la région.
