To compensate for the absence of a garden, they have created a lovely terrace with courtyard, offering a pleasant outdoor space.

Just 12 km away, you'll find Dinan, a fortified town surrounded by ramparts and dominated by a 14th-century château overlooking the Rance River. The marina below is perfect for strolling along the estuary, enjoying a drink, or discovering artists' studios. Dinan relives its medieval past with tournaments and events every two years.

In Brusvily, 2 km away, you'll find all the essential shops: restaurant, grocery store, bakery, butcher's, etc.
And if you love the sea and beaches, 33 km away, the Pointe du Chevet offers access to the Ile des Ébihens, only accessible on foot at low tide. A must-see!
