This area is available for 1h30 private sessions: €25 per session or €95 for 6 sessions (rate for all occupants). Ideally located: within 7 km, the Pink Granite Coast, Perros-Guirec, its beautiful beaches and walks along the customs path (GR34). 12 km to Tréguier. 25 km from Bréhat, Paimpol and La Roche-Jagu.     Cozy cottage with very welcoming hosts

    The cottage is one of three accomodations that share a spa which is located in yet another cottage in the middle.
    The decoration is very tastful and shows great attention to detail. It was too early in the year to use the outdoor area, but is looked nice and well equipped.
    It was nice to have a WC on the upstairs bedroom-level.
    Downstairs is another WC and the bathroom with a large shower cabin.
    The kitchen had everything we needed - but we didn't cook much anyway - too much to see and do at the beautiful Côte d'Armor.
    I'd gladly come back and spend some more time in this cozy gîte.

    Toujours un grand bonheur de revenir......

    De retour après de nombreux séjours et 7 ans sans venir, nous avons retrouvé avec grand plaisir les Gîtes Terre et Mer.
    Toujours un accueil excellent, un gîte parfaitement équipé et décoré.
    Nous recommandons vivement.
    De plus la région est une merveille.
    Nous reviendrons et n'attendrons plus si longtemps.

    Super gite.

    L’un des meilleurs gîtes que nous ayions connus après plusieurs séjours en Bretagne.
    Lieu calme et confortable à la propreté remarquable
    Des propriétaires qui visiblement nous attendaient avec un accueil d’excellence.

    Gîte de charme

    Nous avons été très bien accueillis comme d'habitude par les propriétaires.
    Ce gîte est vraiment très agréable et tellement bien décoré et de bon goût.
    Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi qui est un gros plus.
    Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.
