Have lunch facing the sea, contemplate the sunsets, live to the rhythm of the tides... what a program! That's what this gîte has to offer, with sea views from virtually every room in the house for a guaranteed change of scenery! And there's no shortage of things to do during your stay! Fancy a trip to an island? If so, head for the Arcouest pier (3 km away), bound for Brehat Island. Known as l'ile aux fleurs, it can only be visited on foot or by bike. The charming corsair town of Paimpol is 4 km away... Take a stroll along the quays! The harbor has become a pretty marina where you'll find lively restaurants, cafés and boutiques. And don't forget to visit Beauport Abbey, 7 km away, a must-see site in the Côtes d'Armor. Loguivy de la Mer, a pretty little port 7 km away, is also well worth a visit. Hiking trails from the gîte take you through some magnificent scenery. Let yourself be tempted by the region!

Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.

Raised first floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room, veranda, bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), bathroom with shower, wc.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200, 1 single bed 120x190).

At your disposal: 28 m² covered terrace and 3 steps down to 150 m² enclosed private garden.
Parking for your vehicles in the gîte's private courtyard or in the garage in the basement of the house.
