If you like old stone and exposed beams, you've come to the right place.
This gîte combines old-world charm with modern comforts.
As for its location, you're on the border of the Côtes d'Armor and Ille et Vilaine departments, on the banks of the Rance river.
Whether river or sea, its valley can be discovered to the rhythm of the locks, villages and typical ports that line it.
Plage du Roue, the first beach on the estuary, is just 2.5 km away.
If you prefer the larger beaches of the coastline, you'll quickly reach the Côte d'Emeraude.
Visit the chic seaside resort of Dinard, 12 km away, or the corsair town of St Malo, 15 km away.
Don't leave without a detour to the superb site of Mont St Michel, 48 km away.
Further inland, a visit to the medieval town of Dinan (14 km) is a must.
Discover the half-timbered houses, the castle and soak up the charm of the town's ramparts.

Your vacation rental is organized on three levels.

    Cadeau fratrie

    Accueil et hébergement de qualité, intérieur aménagé avec goût, espace jardin terrasse idéal pour une famille. Très bon séjour dans un cadre enchanteur et au calme. Situation géographique parfaite.

    Reposant et calme

    Le gîte était parfait pour notre long week-end entre amis. Le propriétaire n'était pas présent. Nous avons été accueilli par ses parents. Forts sympathiques. Environnement calme et reposant. Grand jardin. Un peu surpris par le relevé de compteur électrique en début et en fin de séjour. Un petit coup de nettoyage refait en arrivant puis, en repartant. Pas assez de dosettes pour le café, ou pas assez de sachets de thé. Manque de produits d'entretien pour les sanitaires. Pas évident de comprendre où jeter les déchets à recycler qui ne sont pas dans des poubelles privées mais, dans le village, en collectif. Pas su non plus, où jeter les ordures ménagères. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le fait d'avoir 3 WC a été appréciable.

    Super séjour. À notre niveau juste notre matelas que j’ai trouvé un peu dur et manque une salle de douche.

    Séjour 7 au 11 avril 2025

    Très beau gîte, nous avons été très bien accueilli, nous avons eu réponse à toute nos questions. L'intérieur est propre, refait avec goût. Les chambres sont grandes. Très grand jardin bien entretenu en deux parties, une privée et une commune avec deux autres gîtes. Merci à vous.

    Excellent gîte

    Excellent gîte au calme. Spacieux, refait à neuf, bien équipé et très propre.
    Extérieurs privatifs avec salon de jardin.
    Très bien situé pour rejoindre Dinan, Dinard et St Malo.
    Accueil chaleureux et attentionné.
    Commerces locaux et bio à proximité (Le Minihic).
    Un gîte où il fait bon séjourner et revenir !
