This fully renovated gîte is tastefully decorated inside and out. The friendly owners will be happy to advise you on your vacation. It's an ideal place for relaxation and hiking, with downhill mountain bike trails 1.5km away, tennis courts, pond and river fishing. Just 14km from Moncontour, a small "Cité de Caractère", this gîte is an excellent base for exploring the heart of Brittany.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: a living room, a lounge, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lounge area for Kids, a laundry room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a shower room and separate WC. 1st floor: Mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds 90x190 and 1 with 1 double bed 140x190). Private enclosed terrace and courtyard. The owners, who live 10 m away, make their 3000 m² garden + swing available.
