Semi-detached house on an estate offering 11 gîtes and 5 chambres d'hôtes in the outbuildings of an old Breton farmhouse. Located in Yffiniac, close to Saint-Brieuc, this residence invites you to set down your suitcases in a warm, green environment, just 5 km from the coast, 20 minutes from the beaches of Binic and Val André, and 35 minutes from Cap d'Erquy and Dinan. Take full advantage of the estate's 8,000 m² of parkland and its many activities: boules, children's play areas, visits to the farmyard chickens, electric bike hire, barbecue areas or simply relax on a deckchair! To complete your stay, don't miss the opportunity to recharge your batteries in the wellness area, where you can relax in the heated pool or unwind in the sauna.

Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.
First floor:
Kitchen with living room accessible by 2 steps (28 m²),
Separate toilet with washbasin.

First floor:
1 bedroom (11m²): 1 double bed (160x200), 1 mezzanine bedroom (7m²) (1 single bed, 1 baby bed), bathroom with bath and toilet.

Exterior :
15 m² veranda, 25 m² terrace, courtyard, lawn, playground and barbecue shared by all Holiday cottages. Gable entrance.

Wellbeing area with free sauna. Massage on request at extra charge. The Domaine features a large 12M x 4 swimming pool, covered and heated to between 27 and 29 degrees. Opening hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. from early April to early November, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from early November to early April.

The Piscine is open every day during the high season. In low season, the Piscine will be closed: from 23/11 to 20/12/25 and from 04/01 to 13/02/26.
