7 minutes from the Sea, in an old farmhouse that has been renovated and enlarged, this rental offers generous volumes and a beautiful south-facing veranda, for 4 people. Sophie and Emmanuel, the farm's current owners, live nearby and will be happy to tell you all about the nuggets of their land and their various passions.
From this seaside Countryside, you'll have easy access to the highlights shared by the Penthièvre and Emeraude coasts: Erquy with its cape and scallop port, the resort of Sables d'or Les Pins and its atmosphere of another time, Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte, a multitude of beaches, cliffs and coves, the Baie de la Fresnaye and its ballet of tides, the great resort of Saint Cast le Guildo... all within a 10 km radius!
A little further east, the cities of Dinan and Saint Malo are also well worth a visit.
Of course, lovers of the GR34 customs trail will love the breathtaking scenery.

Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor :

- a lovely 400 m² garden shared with the owner's parents (lawn, swing, slide, ping-pong table...)
- a carport for your vehicle (and why not bikes and other equipment).
Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's parents' house and located on the Ferme des Templiers (pig farm).
Access to washing machine via the owners.
