Like a balcony suspended over the Rance, you'll be captivated by the unobstructed view of the Bas Champs marshes, once a haven for the gabariers of yesteryear in this part of the riverbank. Before your very eyes, the ballet of the tides and the birds coordinate to create a peaceful setting.
You'll feel truly privileged to stay in such a place. What's more, every effort has been made to respect the building: lime and hemp walls, noble materials, ventilation and state-of-the-art heating.
Hiking along the river on either side, on foot, by bike... or why not take a boat cruise to enjoy the Rance in a different way?
Nearby, explore Dinan (13 km), a magnificent medieval town with its ramparts, port, castle and cobbled streets. And Saint-Malo (17 km), the famous corsair city, awaits you with its beaches, famous ramparts and rich maritime heritage.
Your vacation rental, based on the principle of an inverted house, comprises on the 1st floor :
- a vast living room-kitchen with fireplace-insert (1st flambée offered, then additional purchase on site),
- a master bedroom with access to the terrace, including a 180x200 king-size bed and private shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet),
- a large rear wooden terrace on stilts against the east gable overlooking the garden and landscape.

Nathalie et son frère Ludovic sont des enfants du pays de bord de Rance. Ce bien de famille était à valoriser soigneusement; c'est chose faite. Une rénovation très réussie et respectueuse du bâti sublime cette bâtisse surplombant les Bas Champs, ancien village de gabariers.

ZAC Perfection
This property is as close to perfection as a vacation rental can be. It begins with the friendly, very helpful communication with Nathalie and Ludovic, and with Ludovic's easy, rapid availability to address any issues or questions. His tips contributed greatly to our exploration of the area and its cuisine. The house itself is perfectly located within short walking or driving distance of some of the most beautiful towns, villages, and sights of the Côte d'Armor.
The house itself is an excellent refurbishment of an old stone barn, with much light streaming in through the large windows and breathtaking views over the wetlands toward the Rance River. The facilities are top quality, ultra-modern, and very functional. The bedrooms are supremely comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped for those interested in cooking.
We found it to be one of the best vacation rentals we have ever encountered and highly recommend it.- Cleanliness

Tapis Entre détente et émerveillement
La maison est magnifique, parfaitement équipée jusque dans les moindres détails - vaisselle, multiprises, prises réseau... rien ne manque. Tout a été soigneusement préparé pour nous offrir un confort optimal. On s'y sent immédiatement chez soi. L'emplacement idéal, est propice au repos et à la détente. Une chose est sûre : nous reviendrons !
