With its 5 spacious bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Ideal for a large family or a gathering of friends. Its major asset? a luxuriant garden with a stream running through it, and a wide variety of natural essences creating a peaceful, restful atmosphere. The owners, who fell in love with the site, have set up several relaxation areas on the property: ideal for bookin' in complete serenity. In the evening, a game of darts under the straw hut will bring together young and old alike. You're located in the south of the Bay of St-Brieuc, 26 km from the first beaches of Hillion (Bon Abri or Lermot). 30 km from Les Rosaires beach, 9 km from Moncontour, 16 km from Quintin, 25 km from Lamballe. 50 min from Erquy and Cap Fréhel, 1 h from Paimpol and Bréhat.

    Gîte à améliorer

    Gîte spacieux mais pour un séjour en hiver, seule une petite partie du jardin est accessible. Beaucoup de choses usées ( volet roulant du salon, ustensiles de cuisine) et surtout ce gîte nécessite un ménage approfondi, notamment dans les placards de la cuisine et la poussière dans les chambres.

    Bonjour, plus de 8000 m2 sont à disposition des locataires y compris en hiver, bien qu'en hiver effectivement au bord du ruisseau le terrain puisse être humide. La bâtisse date de 1850 ce qui en fait tout son charme. Une attention particulière sera accordée au ménage et au respect des lieux par les locataires.
