Aigue Marine boasts a 200 m² private garden that you'll appreciate on your return from the beach and your walks. A great place to stay if you want to explore the Pink Granite Coast. 6 km from Lannion, 16 km from Perros-Guirec.
Your vacation rental includes on the first floor: a living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 80x200 which can be twinned to form a bed 160x200, a small independent dressing room. Parking on shared parking lot for 3 gîtes.

Eric Séjour très agréable
Maison très agréable, bien équipée. Le jardin est sympa comme tout, le quartier est très calme, et les plages à 20 mn de marche tranquille sont sublimes. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Bref nous reviendrons !

Nous avons été chaleureusement été accueilli par le propriétaire qui est disponible si besoin. Le gîte est correct, simple voire un peu désuet mais un peu humide. Il ne faut pas oublier de compter l’électricité en plus du coût annoncé dans la location.
Néanmoins il est proche de tout et à 15 minutes d’un plage et de chemin de jolies balades.- Cleanliness

Sosso Parfait
C'était notre 3ème séjour dans ce gîte.
Nous nous y plaisons. Bien situé à moins d'1 km du Gr34 et de la plage.
Bien équipé et confortable.
Les chambres ont un charme un peu désuet mais ça ajoute du cachet et la literie est irréprochable.
Merci à nos hôtes, en particulier le monsieur qui court partout pour nous rendre service. Vraiment très dévoué- Cleanliness
