Located between Jugon-les-Lacs and Plancoët, this Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house welcomes you to the heart of the meadows of the Arguenon nature reserve. The Tournemine nautical base is 500 m away; nearby, hiking trails around Lake Arguenon, a fishing zone and numerous mountain bike trails.
On foot, explore the Château de la Hunaudaye (2 km) or the farm of yesteryear at Plédéliac (3 km). 8 km away, Jugon-les-Lacs, a charming town full of character, opens its doors to you.

Your vacation rental consists of :
First floor:
- A kitchen opening onto the living room with its wood-burning stove (the only source of heat for this room)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and its own shower room.
- Separate WC.
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with 2 beds 90x190
- A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 that can be separated into 2 beds 80x200 (on request from the owner).
- A bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A 5,000 m² unenclosed approval lawn shared with the owner
- A large 60 m² L-shaped terrace ideal for meals or relaxation, with an electric plancha available.
- A 400 m² courtyard shared with the owner, providing parking for two vehicles.
- A small open shelter for storing bicycles or motorcycles. The owner, being a Biker himself, can provide basic maintenance if required (greasing the chain, checking tire pressure, etc.).
