In the immediate vicinity of the City center, in all seasons, you'll find shops, restaurants, cafés and places to socialize, just a stone's throw from the harbor pontoons. The Holiday cottage, located 2 km from the City center, offers the space you're looking for to recharge your batteries! Let yourself be tempted by the Ile de Bréhat, a real pearl of beauty in the bay. You can also take advantage of the heated indoor swimming pool, located 20 m from the Holiday cottage, to have fun with family and friends.

First floor:
living room with pellet stove, separate kitchen, laundry room and WC.

1st floor:
to the left of the staircase, a bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC. A second bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC.

2nd floor:
A bedroom (2 beds 80x200cm), which communicates with another bedroom (bed 140cm), a bathroom with WC on the first floor landing, and a final bedroom (bed 140cm) with its own shower room.

Outside, two private terraces (one facing the house, the other accessible from the kitchen) and a garden shared with the other rentals.
Parking spaces provided for your vehicle.

Heated indoor Piscine (shared with other Holiday cottages). Open daily from 8.30am to 7pm. Piscine closed in January and February.
