The entrance is via the 1st floor terrace, opening onto the living room-kitchen (TV, fireplace), shower room with closed toilet and laundry area.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) and 1 corner bed (100x175cm), shower room with toilet + 2nd separate toilet.

Wood takes pride of place throughout, bringing a cosy atmosphere to this gîte.

The living room overlooks the River Allier, ideal for fishing and whitewater sports.
