Les Castagnes

In the heart of a green setting, in the hamlet of Extramianoux overlooking the Eyrieux valley, the Les Castagnes gîte offers spectacular views of the Monts d'Ardèche. Surrounded by chestnut trees, in a remarkable, calm and natural environment, you'll be able to recharge your batteries and discover the wonders offered by the Eyrieux valley. This two-storey stone house, typical of the region, has been completely renovated to welcome you. On the first floor, you'll find an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table seating 8, a living room with flat-screen TV and separate WC. On the same level you'll find three terraces where you can enjoy pleasant outdoor moments in the shade of the vines. You can also relax in the 5800 m² garden and enjoy a game of pétanque on the boule pitch.
On the 1st floor of the gîte, you'll find a master bedroom with shower and 140 cm bed, and two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds. On this floor you'll also find a shower room and separate WC. Bed linen and towels available for hire. Meter reading for heating and billing at end of stay. Private parking for your vehicles. The gîte is 15 km from Le Cheylard and Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagout, where you'll find all the shops you need. Just outside the gîte, you'll find a number of hiking trails through the woods and Monts d'Ardèche. Nearby, you can enjoy a wide range of activities: swimming and canoeing on the Eyrieux, the "Aquarock" adventure park, the "Eyrium" aquatic center, walking, mountain biking and VTC on the "Dolce Via", as well as on the many paths that make up the splendor of the heart of the Ardèche... There are also many beautiful villages to discover in the surrounding area: Chalencon, Désaignes... The gîte Les Castagnes is perfect for a good time with family or friends.
