Das Gîte de l'Osier ist ein freistehendes Holiday cottage in ruhiger Lage im Herzen des Regionalparks Brière und 14 km von den Stränden entfernt. Es handelt sich um eine alte Scheune, die im Respekt vor der Bausubstanz mit 100% natürlichen Materialien (Holz, Steine, Erd-/Kalkputz, Strohdach...) renoviert wurde, was ihr eine atypische Seite verleiht. Seine Inneneinrichtung ist gemütlich und rustikal zugleich, mit allem modernen Komfort.
Privatparkplatz vor der Unterkunft. Geschlossener Garten mit Bäumen von 425 m².
EG: Wohnzimmer mit Pelletofen, offen zur Küche/Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer/WC.
Mezzanin: Mansardenzimmer mit Bett 140x190.

Rhys A beautifully characterful Gite in a rural location
We were warmly welcomed by Isabelle and Daniel at the Gite on our arrival and they provided us with lots of useful information about the region. They were easy to contact and always willing to help.
The gite itself has lots of character and original features, but equipped with all the modern conveniences needed.
The location is very rural so a car is essential, but enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas including the marshes and beaches. The town of La Roche Bernard is a lovely picturesque place a short 15 minute drive away.
If you're looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and do some occasional day trips, this place is perfect.

Ozsailor Lovely stay in a beautifu area
Isabelle met us when we arrived, showed us around and gave us some local advice. The cottage was comfortable and we would stay again.

Claude Séjour reposant et très agréable.
Maison agréable. Propriétaire très gentille, communicante et prévenante : à notre arrivés, une bouteille de cidre et un pot de confiture nous sont offerts.
