5/5A real gem! We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house and lovely little village. The house is very spacious, nicely decorated, clean and totally comfortable and we were very kindly welcomed. It's located at the beginning (of end) of the village, within 5 minutes we were in the winefields where there are multiple little roads to walk. Very convenient with our dog. The view from the house is breathtaking, specially now in autumn with all the fall colours. No worries about the colder days, there's a woodstove with plenty of wood and there are sufficient electric radiators. The village is tiny (only 50-60 inhabitants) and lies in it's own quiet valley. The villagers take care of the village and are very friendly.
To come to the house took us more time than realized because of all the small and winding roads, but the area is very beautyful. The nearest supermarket is more than 20 minutes drive, but again, through beautiful nature and nice villages. Within 30 minutes drive we could visit several Kathar castles and the Gorges de Galamus.
We strongly recommend this accommodation if you are looking for peace and beautiful surroundings, with a very nice and comfortable accommodation. We enjoyed it!- Propreté 5/5
