Ideal gelegen, nur wenige Minuten von den Thermalbädern, den Skiliften und den örtlichen Shops entfernt, ist dieses Loft der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ihre Abenteuer in den Bergen, Ihre Thermalkuren oder einfach nur, um sich zu erholen. Es verbindet zeitgenössischen Charme mit absolutem Komfort und befindet sich im Zentrum von Ax-les-Thermal bath. Diese geräumige und helle Unterkunft für bis zu 6 Personen bietet eine warme Atmosphäre, die perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie oder mit Freunden ist. Im Wohnbereich durchfluten große Glasöffnungen den Raum mit natürlichem Licht und bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegenden Mountains. Von den Schlafzimmern aus geht der Blick auf eine eher städtische Umgebung. Diese Unterkunft ist auch für den Empfang von Bikern vorgesehen. Keine Anreise nach 20 Uhr ohne Zustimmung des owners möglich.
Wohnung im 1. Stock dieses ehemaligen Hotels, das in eine Touristenresidenz umgebaut wurde. Erdgeschoss: Garage (1 Fahrzeug außer SUV). Abstellraum (Waschmaschine). Zugang zum Stockwerk über eine Innentreppe. Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke (Internetzugang, angeschlossenes Fernsehgerät: France Satellite), WIFI Breitband über Satellit. Die Küchenecke überragt das Wohnzimmer (Zugang über 4 Stufen). 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 1 Doppelbett (140 cm). Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Badezimmer. Electric heating. Die Tischwäsche sowie die Reinigungsprodukte werden gestellt. Reinigungsservice auf Anfrage. Kleine Terrasse mit Gartentisch und -stühlen, Plancha, Chiliennes. Pets allowed sind nur auf Anfrage erlaubt. Bei Bedarf kontaktieren Sie uns bitte (1 dog only akzeptiert mit Kaution von 200 €, Katzen verboten).

L'appartement est vraiment très spacieux, super confortable et très calme, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, du télécabine du BAOU, et de randonnées autour d'Ax-les-thermes.

NRYNBB Good Stay
Good Stay. Nice & spacious flat. Not completely but largely renovated. Quiet street.
The view from the terrace and living room is very good. It is not the case of the 3 bedrooms looking over the Restaurants du Coeur (for 1 bedroom) and 2 large outdoor bins and an EDF electrical station (for the 2 other bedrooms). I checked this last point when booking as I saw it on the map and wanted confirmation. I was told it was the thermal station of le Teich; this is not the case. Also, the garage door (plan to change it, is on the way) is so long and complicated to open/close that we abandoned and parked in the city center close to the church for the week.
Also had an issue with the check in that SHALL be done before 7.30pm (no keybox) so we had to book last minute an hotel night in Foix to accommodate (the corresponding night in the flat was nicely reimbursed by Gite de FRance after request). We had to be there at 9.30 am sharp to get the keys the day after. The check out was more flexible and we could choose between 8.30 and 12.30am.- Sauberkeit

As for the view, it is indeed more urban from the bedrooms, and this point has been clarified in the description in order to provide clearer information to guests.
Regarding your arrival, check-in is normally scheduled from 4 p.m. The receptionist agreed to extend this time slot until 7 p.m. but unfortunately could not wait any longer due to personal commitments.
At Gîtes de France, we attach great importance to the quality of the welcome and human interaction, which is why we prefer a personalized welcome rather than a key box system. As we were unable to be there at the agreed time, you had to spend the night in a hotel. We have therefore made a commercial gesture by refunding you for the night you did not stay.
We hope that you will nevertheless have fond memories of your stay and we would be delighted to welcome you back to one of our accommodations.
