Im Herzen des Südwestens, in der Nähe von Tarn et Garonne, im Herzen des Pays de Serres und des Tals der Séoune, wird Sie dieser alte, vollständig renovierte Bauernhof aus dem 18. Jahrhundert aus Stein durch seine Ruhe und seinen Aussichtspunkt begeistern. Das 260 m² große Ferienhaus Chez Connie ist völlig unabhängig und überragt das Tal. Es hat seinen authentischen Charakter bewahrt. Volumen, Raum und Sanftheit werden Ihnen für einen Aufenthalt oder eine Etappe angeboten. Ideal für große Familien oder Freunde, werden Sie von der Umgebung profitieren, um sich zu erholen. Das 3500m² große, eingezäunte Grundstück mit Obstbäumen und das private Salzwasserschwimmbad (8x4m, Tiefe 1,50m), das mit einer Stangenplane gesichert ist und von April bis September geöffnet ist, wird Ihre Sommernachmittage erfrischen. Unter dem Vordach können Sie auf der 50m² großen Terrasse an großen Holztischen und auf der Plancha gemeinsam essen. Für Groß und Klein: Tischtennis, Kinderspiele. Das klimatisierte Ferienhaus bietet Ihnen im Haupthaus: eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer von 50m² (mit TV) und Zugang zur geschlossenen Terrasse, ein großes Schlafzimmer von 40m² mit 180 cm breitem Bett und eigenem Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC, ein separates WC. Das 31m² große Schlafzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten (Bett 140 unten und Bett 90 oben), eigenem Badezimmer und separatem WC ist auf halber Ebene von der Terrasse unter einem Vordach aus zugänglich. Im Taubenschlag, großes Schlafzimmer von 39m² mit Bett 140, Sitzecke, privatem Badezimmer mit WC und einem Schlafbereich mit Etagenbett 140 unten und Bett 90 oben. Im Sommer können Sie den Durchzug der Schafe vor dem Ferienhaus und auf dem benachbarten Feld beobachten; Bettwäsche und Handtücher inbegriffen, Betten gemacht. Kostenloses WLAN. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wanderwege in der Nähe, Park Walygator und Aqualand, Stopflebermuseum und eine Vielzahl von Märkten. Kurtaxe. Nicky A Beautiful Holiday Home
We, 2 families of 4, had a fantastic stay at this holiday home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts, Maryline and Patrice were very welcoming and friendly.
The swimming pool was a real highlight, especially for the children. It provided hours of enjoyment during our visit.
The location is excellent, offering a peaceful setting in the countryside while still being in driving distance to beautiful lakes and villages.
Overall, this is a wonderful holiday home that combines comfort, cleanliness, great facilities, and a superb location. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a memorable stay.

Marike Beautiful place
This is a wonderful historic farmhouse, which has been lovingly converted into a comfortable gite by the owners. We stayed there with a family of three grown-up children, but there would easily have been room for another family. The children enjoyed having their own apartment with a bathroom. In the evenings, we enjoyed our meals on the spacious veranda overlooking the swimming pool, accompanied by the sound of tawny owls. We picked plums in our own garden. The surroundings are also beautiful, and we enjoyed the lively evening markets with delicious food and music. The owners can give you tips on this.

Nous venons de passer comme l'an passé fin août une semaine en famille dans le gîte de Connie et comme l'an passé nous avons tout apprécié: l'amabilité des hôtes, la maison spacieuse, bien équipée (en linge notamment et en matériel de cuisine) et si belle, la piscine évidemment, les environs.
Notre souhait: pouvoir y retourner ensemble l'année prochaine.
