In der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten ist dieses Haus ideal, um das historische und weinbauliche Erbe der Region zu erkunden. Auch in der Nähe des Flughafens von Bergerac.
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Périgord Pourpre am Fuße der Weinberge von Monbazillac. In der Nähe: Ausritte, Kanu- und Kajakfahren, Mountainbiking, Radfahren, Golf, Karting, Bowling, Diskothek...
Die Reisenden können ruhige Momente genießen und befinden sich dennoch in der Nähe der berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Dordogne, dem Bauernmarkt jeden Mittwoch und Samstag in Bergerac. Babyausstattung: Regenschirmbett, Hochstuhl.

Ein Hauptraum mit einer Küche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd), nach einer Stufe erreichen Sie das Wohnzimmer mit TV, Internet, Sofa, Essbereich. Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Gasgrill und Blick auf den Piscine.
1 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer mit WC, Bett 160x200cm. Ein Badezimmer, Duschkabine und WC. Ein schönes, geräumiges Schlafzimmer, ausgestattet mit einem Bett von 160x200cm, einem Schreibtisch und einer Fenstertür mit Zugang zum Garten. Ein zum Wohnzimmer hin offenes Mezzanin mit einem Bett von 140x190cm und einem Ausziehbett, das zwei weitere komfortable Schlafplätze bietet. 2 Veluxfenster mit Verdunkelungsrollo. Piscine partagée avec les owners au chlore, couvert par un dôme, dimensions 11X6 profondeur 0.90 à 2m au plus profond ouvert de juin à fin septembre. Petanque-Platz.

David Newlyn Outstanding Gite
We have stayed in many gites and their Italian and Spanish equivalents and have never stayed anywhere better than Kaz a muscadelle. The gite has everything you could want. It's immaculately clean and the owners are lovely.
The gite is in a very good position. It is close to the airport and a large supermarket and various other shops. It is also only a 10 minute or so drive into Bergerac Centre. At the same time it is in a very quite location which was ideal for relaxing by the pool.
The owners made sure we knew where everything was before leaving us to our own devices. They were available if we needed anything but otherwise we would not have know they were there.
We would be more than happy to return in the future.

Gîte très bien équipé, très cosy, avec une belle piscine.
Très belle situation pour visiter la vallée de la Dordogne à vélo, se promener dans les vignes.

Elise Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Christine. L’accueil a été très chaleureux. Le gîte, idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours de Bergerac, est très bien équipé et nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine et du jardin.

FredS Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at the vacation house. The place is very calm and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything — groceries, shops, and even a charging station if you're coming with an EV. All this a stone's throw away from the historic center of Bergerac. The house was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. For us, this is a 5-star stay hands down. We’d definitely love to come back!
