Diese alte, für die Charente Limousine typische Scheune wurde vollständig renoviert, wobei die Steine und Balken erhalten blieben. Sie befindet sich in einem ruhigen Dorf zwischen der charaktervollen Stadt Confolens, den Seen der Haute Charente und dem Märtyrerdorf Oradour-sur-Glane.
Im Erdgeschoss: Wohnzimmer (mit ausgestatteter Küche, Sitz- und Essecke), ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett 160, eine Toilette, ein Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und großer Dusche. Obergeschoss: Mezzanine, ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett 160, ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, WC.
Privater Hof von 120 m², überdachte Terrasse von 24 m², nicht überdachte Terrasse von 24 m², eingezäunter Privatgarten (Maschendraht) von 400 m². Möglichkeit einer Garage für Motorräder.
Baby Equipment: Bett, Hochstuhl, Töpfchen.
Bed linen provided, Handtücher und Küchenwäsche werden gestellt.

Andy, Kim & Stan Perfect stay
The best quality finish and equipment in a gite we have stayed in over 30 years of holidays in France. Location gave a quiet, relaxed stay with major supermarkets and shops about 20 minutes away in any direction.
The lack of light pollution gave superb view of the stars in clear night skies (we're city folks, seeing the milky way is still a novelty :-))
The high fencing ensured our dog (Stan) could be left to roam safely.
Kitchen lacked nothing, shower room and bedroom perfect. The high ceiling in the main living area made for open, airy feel. Outdoor eating area also perfect for relaxing after a day out and about.
Would not hesitate to recommend

Les propriétaires sont très gentils, la maison est très jolie intérieure et exterieure. Très bien équipée.

DavidWilma This place is brilliant.
The pictures on the Gite de France website do not do it justice. It has a large car shaded car port accessed by a cool electric gate, large glass patio doors front, a very large kitchen/lounge area, good kitchen appliances, plenty of outdoor seating. In what looks like a mezzanine, but isn't, are 2 good sized bedrooms and a toilet ( a sink would be welcome!) as well as the downstairs bedroom and superb bathroom with a super large shower with the best non slip floor we've come across....ever. We "enjoyed" a healthy 7 mile walk round a route which came right past the gite, so no driving required, but plenty of water and insect spray needed. Oh and check for ticks, the sneaky little gits!
All in all, this was a gite that really suited us, it was modern inside, but right in the rural heart of France and had all we needed to enjoy ot 3 night stay.- Sauberkeit
