Typisch normannisches Holiday cottage, 15 km von Etretat entfernt, zwischen Fécamp und Goderville. Holiday cottage, das an das Haus der Eigentümer aus dem 17. Jh. aus weißem Stein, Ziegeln und Feuerstein angebaut ist. Privater, nicht eingezäunter Garten, Grill. Schaukel. Großer Park, zahlreiche Apfel- und verschiedene Obstbäume, unser Pferd bewegt sich im Park.

- 1 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett für 2 Personen),

2. Stock (Zugang über eine steile und enge Müllertreppe mit Kindersicherung):
- 1 Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten).

En 1991, nous achetons une vieille ferme à rénover datant de 1680 du XVII ème, nous avons restauré la maison en pierre blanche, brique de Saint-Jean , colombages et brique et silex
Puis nous avons créé 2 gîtes dans la dépendance toujours en silex et brique avec restauration des poutres à l'identique
En 2003 , nous avons ouvert le gîte le Puits mitoyen indépendant de notre maison d'habitation et restauré une petite maison en colombage de 23 m²
Puis, en 2020 pendant le confinement , nous avons créé un 5 ème gîte typique avec des matériaux naturels, colombages, torchis, chaux, pierre et silex
Notre jardin de 10000 m² est entouré de magnifiques châtaigniers, planté de nombreux pommiers et arbres fruitiers, nous entendons le chant des oiseaux le matin et notre cheval très sollicité par nos touristes évolue dans le parc
Depuis 27 ans que les gîtes sont ouverts, nous sommes toujours aussi ravi des rencontres que nous faisons avec les touristes du monde entier

Basic gîte in rural surroundings
3/5Charming two storey house adjacent to owner's home. Limited square meters. Amenities are dated (both bathroom and kitchen). No lounge (ground floor is basically a kitchen with dining table). You're a couple of minutes from a well stocked supermarket and about 20 minutes from the splendid Alabaster Coast.

We are sorry to read that you found the space in the house limited. This is a 56 square meter accommodation which is very popular with families of two adults and two kids, and it's true that for four adults and a big dog, the space might have felt more restricted. Nonetheless, you were able to enjoy the garden thanks to the weather during your stay.
As indicated in our online listing, the ground floor consists of a living room and kitchen area, with an open plan kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with two armchairs and a sofa, suitable for four guests.
