Unabhängiges Haus auf einem großen Grundstück und in der Nähe des Wohnhauses des Eigentümers. Das Haus besteht im Erdgeschoss aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke und Kamin mit Einsatz, einer Einbauküche mit Essbereich und einem separaten WC. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 160x200cm und 4 Betten 80x200cm, die zu einem Bett 160x200cm zusammengestellt werden können) und ein Badezimmer mit WC. 2 Klappbetten können auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis hinzugefügt werden. Außerdem gibt es eine große Veranda mit Tischfußball und eine Garage, in der Sie Fahrräder oder andere Freizeitgeräte unterstellen können. Fernseher nur mit Replay. Garten mit Gartenmöbeln, Bänken und Grill.

Bonjour et bienvenue à l'Erablière. Je serai ravi de vous accueillir dans cette maison que j'ai rénovée pour vous recevoir. Vous trouverez dans le gîte quelques une de mes créations en bois : cadres, lampes, etc. J'ai aussi beaucoup travaillé au jardin dans lequel j'ai planté de nombreuses variétés d'arbres, arbustes et fleurs. Een ruim huis, mooie badkamer.Heel grote tuin. Ruime slaapkamers. Minpunten : de "speelzaal" heeft een opfrissing nodig. 1 slaapkamer heeft in de deur een raam zitten , wat qua privacy en lichtinval een minpunt is.Maar voor de rest is het meer dan ok.

Keith Excellent place what a Gem!
The place was in an excellent location, less than 1 hour to all of the places of interest in Normandy from Mount St Michael to Caen and the Normandy beaches. The local town was less than 10 mins away. The place was in a peace full location which was which was just what we needed after after a whole day out sight seeing. The facilities in the Gite itself were exactly how we wanted them, that French living experience. We could not have asked more from our host Dominique he give us ideas of places to go and see. Granville is a lovely seaside town which if it had not been recommend to us we would probably not have gone to see we are glad we did. Dominique thank you for letting us stay in your Gite and having such a fantastic holiday
