Inmitten eines wunderschönen Anwesens, das von einem 10 Hektar großen Park umgeben ist, bietet La Maison Valentin einen schönen Blick auf die Weiden. Die Inneneinrichtung dieses typischen Augeronne-Hauses ist von bemerkenswerter Qualität. Vor Ort können Sie bei einem Spaziergang den Park erkunden (Freibad in der Saison, Fitnessraum, Sauna, Tischtennis, Kinderspielplatz, Bouleplatz, botanischer Spaziergang). Sie werden auch dem Charme der umliegenden Dörfer verfallen: Saint-Hymer, Beaumont-en-Auge, Blangy-le- Château. Die Côte Fleurie ist weniger als eine halbe Stunde entfernt (Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur). Für Angler: Sie sind nur 4 km vom Fluss Touques (Forellen, Lachse) entfernt.
Holiday cottage auf einem großen Grundstück mit dem Haus der Eigentümer und 4 weiteren Gîtes (Referenz Nr. 2707, 2709 , 2731und 3669). Unabhängiges Holiday cottage mit separatem Eingang. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem großen Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Kamin, einer Einbauküche und einem separaten WC. Das Dachgeschoss besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit Badezimmern und angrenzendem WC (1 Bett 160x200 cm, 2 Betten 90x190 cm, Babybett auf Anfrage). Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Gemeinsamer Pool (15 m x 6 m), beheizt von Juni bis September. Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen: Sports hall, Sauna für 4 Personen, Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Schaukel und Bouleplatz. Privates Gelände auf einem 10 Hektar großen Grundstück mit einem Fluss und Teichen. Vorsicht ist bei kleinen Kids geboten. Möglichkeit zusätzlicher Schlafplätze.

Marie-Anne A wonderful gem!
We loved our stay here! Sophie and Laurent were very welcoming and kind. The cottage was adorable and cozy. The gardens were impeccable and beautiful - manicured but still wild. Our children loved running around the trails, in the stream, with the dogs, etc etc. So much to say about this place but it was truly amazing and we want to return!

Pendic A Truly Beautiful and Peaceful Stay
We stayed as a family with two children and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful, spacious, and equipped with every comfort you could wish for – everything was spotless and very well-maintained.
What truly made our stay special was the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Surrounded by greenery, with a little stream nearby and even a lake, it felt like a true escape into nature. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds and spending our days in the calm and serene environment.
The fitness center and sauna were excellent – clean and a great addition to our stay. The pool was another highlight for the whole family, especially for the kids!
A special thank you to Laurent, who was an outstanding host. He took care of everything with great attention and kindness, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation, nature, and comfort. We hope to come back one day!

Noisy New Yorkers Excellent stay at La Maison Valentin
Maison Valentin is a beautifully maintained cottage. Laurent is incredibly welcoming. He has helped us make restaurant reservations and even arranged a pony ride for our daughter this visit. This specific cottage is also excellent because it is so secluded.

Such a beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. We stayed here for a week following a few days in Paris at the Olympics. We are a family of 4. If you want a relaxing, peaceful holiday this is the place to go. We had a lovely welcome from Laurent and his dogs! The house was very clean and a great size. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The grounds were fantastic and so well kept. Such vast space and a brilliant pool which we enjoyed on several days. The kids enjoyed the trampoline, swings, hammock and we all enjoyed playing boules in the evening. The house is nicely situated near Pont L’eveque, a quaint town with restaurants, boulangeries and shops. 25 minutes from some lovely beaches. Would recommend Deauville. It was so clean and had a great ice cream shop. The beach was lovely. You have to pay for parasols and chairs or just take your own. Another highlight for us were the dogs. Marius, what a great dog! We loved having a play and cuddles with him. We’d highly recommend La Maison Valentin for a relaxed stay in a beautiful home. We can’t wait to go back!
