Dieses Landhaus wurde sorgfältig renoviert, um Ihnen eine komfortable und helle Unterkunft zu bieten. Sie werden das große Wohnzimmer mit seinem XXL-Modulsofa und den großen Fensterfronten zu schätzen wissen, um das Licht und die Ruhe dieser Ecke des Landes zu genießen. Am großen Tisch am Kamin und an der Bar im Wohnzimmer können Sie schöne Stunden mit der Familie oder mit Freunden verbringen. Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Im 5 Minuten entfernten Dorf Vassy gibt es alle kleinen Geschäfte und Restaurants. Entdecken Sie auch das Souleuvre-Viadukt mit seinen aufregenden Aktivitäten! Zum Baden ist das Wassersportzentrum in Vire 15 Minuten entfernt und die Strände von Ouistreham und Granville sind in 1 Stunde zu erreichen.
Unabhängiges Haus mit im Erdgeschoss: eine zum Esszimmer hin offene Küche mit Kamin, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Pelletofen, eine kleine Waschküche und ein Badezimmer mit WC. Das Obergeschoss umfasst 3 Schlafzimmer (2 Schlafzimmer mit je 1 Bett 160x200cm und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten 90x190cm und 1 Ausziehbett mit 2 Matratzen 90x190cm), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, separates WC. Garten, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle und Grill. Vermietung von Sonntag bis Sonntag das ganze Jahr über.

A nice gite overall
3/5The gite was mostly comfortable, in a very rural location. The owners were welcoming on arrival though it was a challenge to understand everything as they did not speak much English (and we do not speak French well). We had a few minor issues - we found the beds to be a little uncomfortable, bedrooms upstairs were hot at night for sleeping because the windows had to be closed for blinds to be pulled and, although the kitchen was well stocked, it was missing some key items such as a can opener. Please note that you are expected to leave the gite as though the next guest can immediately stay in it when you leave - although we left the gite in good, tidy condition, we left minor jobs for the owners to prepare for the next guest and were charged 50 Euros.

Excellent gite!
5/5This gite is in excellent condition. The renovation has been completed very well, giving it everything that is needed. The kitchen and utility room are well equipped (particularly nice having a stove with both electric and gas rings!); there are different areas to relax with very comfortable seating; the covered patio area was very welcome on the hot days, and the thick stone walls meant that the inside remained cool. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely laid out.
The owners were very friendly, generous and helpful, and easy to get on with.
The location is brilliant for those who like to be a bit more remote and surrounded by peaceful countryside.

Exeptionnel !
5/5Un charmant gîte au coeur du bocage normand, dans une campagne verdoyante, parfait pour une "mise au vert". Le gîte est exceptionnel. La décoration est soignée avec du goût, tout est parfaitement aménagé et il ne manque rien ! J'ajoute un grand espace de vie et une literie très confortable. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Bref à recommander vivement pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

5/5Un séjour toujours aussi agréable et reposant c’est la 3e fois que nous louons cette maison que nous avons eu plaisir à retrouver ainsi que les propriétaires toujours aussi sympathiques et accueillants. La météo en partie maussade nous a permis cette fois ci de profiter pleinement du confort intérieur du gite et de la chaleur du poêle à pellets particulièrement efficace. Encore merci à Corinne et Ludovic toujours aussi attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires.

5/5Le gîte est bien équipé et décoré avec soin.
Le salon dispose de plusieurs canapés très agréables.
Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse extérieure ainsi que du terrain de pétanque. La literie est confortable et soignée.
