Unabhängiges Haus mit Klimaanlage, in einer gepflasterten Gasse am Fuße des öffentlichen Gartens und der Kirche. Kostenlose Parkplätze im Dorf.
Im Freien: 1 Tisch - 6 Stühle, Bank und Grill.
Im Erdgeschoss: perfekt ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer, kostenloser Safe, Sofa, Kamin (Einsatz - Holz), WC.
Stock: 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett (140), 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (90x200, können zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschoben werden) und 1 Etagenbett (2x90), 2 Babybetten, Duschraum mit WC.
Auf Anfrage können Kurzaufenthalte von mindestens 2 Nächten außerhalb von Juli und August organisiert werden.
- Im Preis inbegriffen: Internationale Kanäle - 2 Babybetten. Internet Free La Fibre - Kostenlos.
- Zusätzlich : Gas heating (nach Zähler). Gas, Wasser und Strom werden in Rechnung gestellt (Zählerstand). Kurtaxe. Ein Pets allowed Free pet, aber eine obligatorische Reinigungspauschale von 70 € wird bei der Ankunft verlangt.
- Optionale Leistungen: Vermietung von Bettwäsche (10 €/Bett). Handtücher (6 €/Person). Pauschale für die Reinigung (70 €). Verleih von Crash Pads: 30 €/Woche (mit dem owner absprechen).

Holiday cottage 300 m von einer Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge (Parkplatz des Rathauses) und von der Bushaltestelle nach Fontainebleau entfernt.

Frede68 Super séjour à la Martinière
Super séjour en famille dans le gîte de Stéphane situé à Ury.
Accueil au top avec petites attentions de Pâques.
Le gite est spacieux, très bien équipé.
Il ne manque rien et le propriétaire est aux petits soins de ses hôtes et fait tout pour que le séjour soit réussi.
Sites d escalade majeurs à proximité qui est un plus +++
Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez soi et comptons bien y retourner l année prochaine!

Quel plaisir de recevoir votre avis , preuve de votre satisfaction à la suite de votre séjour vacances escalade , nature culture au Pays de Fontainebleau . La météo annoncée aura été de la partie , vous avez ainsi pu profiter des nombreux spots de varappe à 10 minutes du gîte .
Au plaisir de vous accueillir pour de futures vacances en Seine et Marne en vous souhaitant une belle chasse aux oeufs de Pâques dans le parc de Vaux le Vicompte

We had a fantastic week in the gite in Ury. It was very well stocked and the location is perfect both for amenities in the village and the local attractions including the climbing locations.
The owner Stephane is extremely welcoming, kind and helpful - he went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with the bikes I had brought over for our holiday.

Andreas Very nice place to stay
We came here as a family (5 people) to boulder. The house offers enough space and is lovingly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. Stephane is a very friendly host. We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Absolument parfait pour visiter Fontainebleau et ses alentours.
Absolument parfait au niveau du gîte.
Et encore plus absolument parfait en ce qui concerne l'accueil du propriétaire (qui s'inquiète même du bon retour de ses locataires)... Rarement vu cela tout de même!

Dave P Fantastic gîte with a lovely and welcoming owner.
Lovely well-kept gîte with everything you need, good kitchen, comfortable, and with nice traditional character, in a great location. Very quick and easy to get to most climbing areas, very central, and the option to rent a pad is useful. The owner Stéphane is a great guy, super friendly, helpful and generous, and speaks great English as a bonus. I've been coming to the Fontainebleau regularly since 2001 and overall this was one of the nicest and stress-free gîte experiences we've had. If the gite lacks one thing it's a garden, but that is the nature of the location and you know this before you book. The garden of the church yard is right next to the gite though, and there's a boulangerie only metres away so it's all good! I would be more than happy to stay here again - thanks!
