Charmantes Haus aus Stein und Fachwerk mit einem eingezäunten Garten, in einem Bauernhaus mit Blick auf den bewaldeten Hügel. Renoviert im Jahr 2018, gemütliche Familienatmosphäre. Gemeinsamer Außenparkplatz für die 3 Holiday cottages am Eingang des Bauernhofs.
Erdgeschoss: Wohn-/Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, ausgestatteter Küchenbereich, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett (140 x 190) und eigenem Bad/WC, behindertengerecht. WC.
Obergeschoss: Entspannungsbereich mit Schlafsofa und TV. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett (160 x 200) mit eigenem Bad und WC, und ein Schlafzimmer mit 1 Bed 200 x 200cm bed (2 x 90 x 190) mit eigenem Bad/WC.
- Im Preis inbegriffen: WIFI. Baby bed. Hochstuhl.
- Zusätzlich: Electric heating, Strom und Wasser (Zähler vor Ort). Kurtaxe
- Optionale Leistungen: Reinigungspauschale (80 €). Vermietung von Bettlaken (10 €/Bett) - Handtücher (5 €/Person). Holz: 15 € für den Vorrat unter dem Kamin (zusätzlicher Vorrat zu denselben Bedingungen).

Keaton Belle adresse en Seine et Marne
Bel endroit, restauré avec goût et très confortable. En totale immersion dans la nature mais à quelques kms seulement de tous les magnifiques lieux à visiter. La mise à disposition de la boutique de produits locaux est une très bonne idée. Un soir autour du feu de cheminée, noix, châtaignes et autres douceurs....
Les propriétaires sont très sympas et proposent beaucoup de suggestions de promenades et curiosités.

Naporki A great place for family holidays!
It was our 3rd time at this farm and it was wondeful as always! The place is run by a very friendly family. There are hens, rabbits and ducks. Kids can spend time with animals and run to the forest for chestnuts. It is always clean there and the atmosphere is amazing. I trully recommand Helene's farm to everyone.

olas A really pleasant stay at the countryside
This was a really nice apartment, with enough space and good facilities with many bathrooms for a full apartment. And the living room was a nice place to be together in the afternoons. It could have been some more equipment in the kitchen, and basic spices and things for making food.

The host was welcoming and open. We got to feed the animals, pick our own eggs and pet the rabbits. Plenty to do and well suited for children.
The gite was stylish and practical with nice touches everywhere.
We felt very welcomed and cared for.
