Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit einem 1.800 m² großen Privatgarten mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill.
Im Erdgeschoss: Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, das zur offenen, voll ausgestatteten Küche hin offen ist. Sitzecke mit Sofas und Sesseln, Fernseher. Ein Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett (160), Badezimmer mit Dusche, separates WC. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner.
Im 1. Stock: ein Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett (140), ein Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett (160), 2 durch eine Schiebetür getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten (90). Stauraummöbel in jedem Schlafzimmer. Ein Duschbad, separates WC.
- Im Preis inbegriffen: Internet. Babyausstattung (2 Kinderbetten, Badewanne und Hochstuhl). Festnetztelefon.
- Gegen Aufpreis: Elektrische Heizung, Strom und Wasser (nach Zählerstand) – Kurtaxe
- Optionale Leistungen: Vermietung von Bettwäsche (10 € pro Bett) und Handtüchern (5 € pro Person). Reinigungspauschale (80 € für Aufenthalte zwischen 1 Tag und 2 Wochen, 100 € ab 3 Wochen, 120 € bei längerem Aufenthalt). Brennholz 5 € pro Korb.

Yeah Yeah Really nice house in a great location (for us)
As for everything that the renter and us could help we had a lovely stay! The crazy heatwave obiously was out of everyone's control.
If there is SOMETHING that can help especially the upper floor stay cooler in coming heatwaves that is the only thing we can think of that would make it EVEN better.Beautiful old house that is nicely renovated and well equipped to! :)

Joakim A wonderful place to stay
We were a familiy with two kids and grandparents visiting for climbing. The gite was beautiful, with everything up need for a wonderful stay. A super kitchen which is the heart of the home, and for us a crepe machine that we used to make fresh crepes every morning really made our stay special. The host were friendly and had good communication. You are within walking distance to climbing and a an activity center with climbing, surfing, food truck, and lots of more. Close distance to a and old restaurant that is run for generasjons with excellent food. Absolutt close to super markets and all you need in Malesherbes. Train to Paris is super easy from there. Also close to Augerville castle for spa, chocolate, food or golf. Would definitly recommend and hope to stay here again the future.
