Hier finden Sie allen Komfort, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt dort zu verbringen und unsere schöne Region zu entdecken.

1 km vom Dorfzentrum entfernt, wo Sie alle Geschäfte finden, Ferienhaus mit separatem Eingang (120 m²) und einem geschlossenen Hof (350 m²). Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Sicherer Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Veranda (24m²). Erdgeschoss: Einbauküche (Geschirrspüler/Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach, elektrische Filterkaffeemaschine und Senséo), Waschmaschine und Trockner, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. 1 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 140x190) mit Zugang zur Veranda. Badezimmer (eingebaute Badewanne und Duschkabine). 2 unabhängige WCs. Stock: 1 Zimmer (1 Bett 140x190), 1 Zimmer (2 Betten 90x190), separates WC mit Handwaschbecken. Ölheizung nicht inklusive (ca. 13 €/Tag), außer von Mai bis September. Kaution für die Reinigung bei Ankunft zu zahlen. Kaution für Touristen: 350 €, Kaution für Geschäftskunden: 600 €. Museum 14-18 französisch-australisch im Dorf. Amiens in 17 km Entfernung (Kathedrale, Hortillonnages...), Flixecourt in 9 km Entfernung (Schwimmbad mit Wohlbefinden, Eissporthalle). Somme-Bucht 40 Minuten entfernt. Sicherer Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Spielplatz vor dem Ferienhaus. Rauchen ist im Ferienhaus nicht gestattet. Für Geschäftskunden sind maximal 3 PERSONEN erlaubt.

AubersAvo A gem of a find in the Somme region
What a super stay we had at La Milouniere. Mme Pernet was very welcoming on our arrival leaving beautiful, fresh flowers on the dining table, fresh eggs from her chickens as well as a jar of homemade apricot jam. The gite was very comfortable and was incredibly well equipped. With 3 x double bedrooms, 1 x children's/baby's bedroom, lounge, dining room, conservatory, bathroom and 3 x separate toilets it is a very good size. We were a family of 4 and had plenty of room - it would comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a fridge/freezer/gas hob/oven/coffee maker/kettle/toaster and washing machine within the kitchen area and there is also a tumble dryer, if needed, in the outside storage area along with 2 x large airers which were great for drying clothes in the heat of the conservatory! It has a good, outside courtyard space with plenty of off-road parking and a small lawn to put out loungers, BBQ, etc (also provided). The gite is in a very good location within the Bay of The Somme with easy access on the A16 toll to lots of local attractions and the nearby city of Amiens. Within the village itself is a butcher, 2 x bakers, pharmacy, tabac, bank, garage, takeaway pizza outlet and a good sized Aldi. The neighbouring village of Flixecourt (approx 5 minutes away) was also very well equipped and this also had both Intermarche and Super U supermarkets and a post office. The local people were very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gite to anyone. It truly deserves the 5 star rating I have given it - thank you Mme Pernet!
