5/5Avons passé un super séjour dans ce gite très bien placé prés de la cathédrale
Avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et les petites attentions ( boissons fraiches et petits gâteaux de bienvenus )
Gite très propre et très bien équipé ; place de parking dans la cour fermée le soir .

Séjour très agréable au coeur de Troyes
4/5Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable au centre de la jolie ville de Troyes. Même avec la grande chaleur (35 degrés) on était bien à l'intérieur et dans le petit jardin ombragé. C'est surprenant mais on n'y entend pas du tout les bruits de la rue, on est au calme! C'est un bon souvenir!

Beautiful Apartment
5/5The gîte is situated across from the cathedral – but set back from the road by a small cobbled courtyard. We often heard the bells whilst in the garden but never in the gîte (if the door was closed). The parking space was essential but tricky (5 cms either side driving in/out) of the gated courtyard.
The furniture is wonderful and the lamps/lights are modern & fun but not suitable for young children. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we could possibly want.
If, like me, you are a heavy packer then space will be tight. The garden is a delight waiting to be explored. The bathroom was well appointed & bath robes were provided. Only thing missing was a non-slip bath mat for the shower. When using the dishwasher, note that the cutlery tray is above the upper tray.
Madame could not have done any more to be accommodating – there was cold drinks awaiting our arrival. She speaks no English so you have to be prepared to speak French (or use Google translate)
During our stay, the temperatures reached 30 degrees but the bedroom was never too hot.
Being set back from the street, the garden is so calm and quiet, yet a few doors away in the street is a very busy bar. The gîte is ideally suited for the market (7 minutes walk), restaurants, museums, and nightlife (the Barge restaurant becomes a club at midnight on weekends)
If you stay in June, beware that there is a music festival on one evening and you may not be able to drive into the courtyard to park. On the plus side, the wonderful neighbour across the hall had been waiting for us to return so he could speak to the police who allowed us thro the first barrier so we could park on the street nearby.
Having walked to the railway station and around the whole town, I can honestly say that Troyes has a real sense of being safe wherever we went.- Propreté 5/5

Locaties ideal to do bike tours around Troyes
5/5We had a very nice stay in Troyes. The gite is locaties in a calm neighbourhood. The gite is close to good restaurants and shops. We did the voie Vert des lacs and had some beautiful bike tours through the quiet villges around Troyes. We alsof appreciated the parking space and the garden.

5/5Un séjour très agréable ! Nous avons apprécié le charme des lieux,le silence,la fraîcheur et la verdure du jardin où il faisait bon lire au retour des visites. Troyes est une ville magnifique et la localisation du gîte permet de faire à pied de belles découvertes. L'accueil est remarquable de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Nous espérons y revenir ...
