Très bon accueil ; nous avons mangé sur la terrasse très agréable; et nous avons été au calme; le gîte est très bien situé, pas loin des plages et on peut rayonner tout autour(Calvi, l'Ile Rousse, les villages de Balagne,Saint Florent, la vallée du Fangu, les calanches de Piana).

Riton91580 Bien équipé mais
Très bien équipé, mais insonorisation inexistante, on entendait les voisins allumer les lumières ( bruits interrupteurs, c est dire) idem les conversations, télé le soir etc ... pour le prix , il y a beaucoup mieux à 300 m ... avantage un grand terrain à disposition et animaux acceptés.

Comme vous pouvez le voir sur le descriptif et les photos de mon annonce, il s'agit d'un appartement plutôt ancien, classé 1 épi, et mitoyen à un autre logement. Je suis désolé d'apprendre que l'insonorisation du logement ne vous a pas convenu. Bien cordialement

L accueil a été très agréable. Lumio est idéalement situé (a 6 mn d une plage), près de village typique...
L appartement est au calme. Le clic clac et le matelas du lit mériteraient cependant d'être changés.
Terrasse agréable.

Andrea Bad price-quality ratio
The house is old and not well maintained, no air conditioning and there is only a small table fan that you have to choose whether to use in the living room or in the bedroom. The electric cooker is dangerous if you have children because it heats up all over and not just where it has to cook. Too bad because if it is well maintained it is in a good position but the cost is really too high for what little it offers.

Thank you for your review. The gite corresponds to the photos in the advert, but I have taken good note of your comments, and I plan to make improvements for next season. The air-conditioning is not actually part of the equipment in the gite and is not mentioned in the flat description, but I will provide a second fan so that there is one available in the living room and bedroom. Regarding the electric cooker, I will of course check that it is working properly and replace it if necessary. I am delighted that you enjoyed the location of the accommodation. Kind regards
