Im Herzen des Dorfes, Wohnung von 32 m² im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses mit einer Wohnung im Obergeschoss, setzt es sich wie folgt zusammen:
- Wohnzimmer/Küche
- 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Bett 160x200 cm
- 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC.
Ein Kind kann ohne Aufpreis auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer untergebracht werden.
Der Zugang zum Ferienhaus erfolgt über eine Treppe, die durch das Dorf führt (ca. 50 Stufen).

Bibika Affordable but be ready to compromise
The positives are that the village is situated relatively high so the views are really breathtaking, all the appliances were of good quality and working correctly, welcoming to our dog, nice greeting on the arrival with a little present for us.
As for the not so positive things.. The selling point was a beautiful terrace that was unfortunately quite uncomfortable to use as in the daylight it was full of bees and in the evening and nightime there were rats climbing the vine pergola, in 13 days we saw rats in the terrace at least on 5 occasions.
There is also a problem with humidity and unpleasant smell in the kitchen cupboards that is solvable by rewashing the dishes but the cabinets are unusable.
The parking is always available but it is a short walk from the accommodation so bear that in mind.
It should also be noted that the owners live upstairs which we didnt realise upon booking the stay so i found myself constantly panicked we were being to loud, especially at night as you can hear every little noise.
We felt a little bit weird that nobody contacted or greeted us before leaving the accomodation, even after sending the host a text message to notify him of leaving.
Very close proximity of pizzeria with great owners, food and prices; seaside is a 20min drive away as well as the grocery shop.
Overall 6/10. The view and the vibe of the village would keep us coming back if other problems were addressed properly.- Sauberkeit

I am delighted that you enjoyed the view, the quality of the equipment, as well as the welcome reserved for your dog.
Regarding your remarks:
• For bees and rats, this is part of the surrounding nature. The rats sometimes pass over the pergola, but it is important to specify that they have not entered the dwelling.
• It is clearly indicated in the advertisement that the accommodation above is occupied.
• For humidity, I will do what is necessary to install a VMC or an air extractor, in order to improve the comfort of the kitchen.
• Regarding your departure, I thought you were leaving the next day. You had sent me a message on the day of your departure to which I replied well by indicating that I would not be available, hence my absence on site.
Finally, I would like to inform you of the value for money of my accommodation: €25 per person daily. -
