Hochwertige Ausstattung für diese 68m² große Wohnung im Gartengeschoss des Chalets der Eigentümer in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf den Höhen des Dorfes und mit Blick auf den See von Annecy.
Separater Eingang. Sehr schöner, heller Wohnraum mit integrierter, zum Wohnzimmer hin offener Küche (Seeblick, großer Fernseher mit Canalsat, Ecksofa - Kamin nicht nutzbar). Fenstertür mit Zugang zur privaten Terrasse, zum Garten und zum Pool. Schlafzimmer 1 mit Seeblick, 1 Bett 160x200cm, Zugang zur Terrasse. Schlafzimmer 2 mit 2 Betten 80x200cm, die zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können. Badezimmer mit italienischer Dusche. Separates WC. Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, viel Stauraum.
Alle Bettwäsche, Haus- und Toilettenwäsche werden gestellt.
Große private Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Liegestühlen, Gas Plancha mit einem außergewöhnlichen Panorama auf den See von Annecy und die Berge.
Privates, beheiztes Schwimmbad mit Blick auf den See, das den Mietern vorbehalten ist und im Frühling und Sommer je nach Wetterlage geöffnet ist. Garten mit Liegestühlen.
Parkplatz auf dem oberen Teil des Grundstücks. Der Zugang zum Ferienhaus vom Parkplatz aus erfolgt über eine Außentreppe (oder über einen Abhang an der Seite des Chalets).
Das Zentrum von Menthon-Saint-Bernard mit seinen Geschäften, die Ufer des Sees von Annecy, der Strand von Menthon sind zu Fuß erreichbar (900m - 15min). Talloires mit seinem Golfplatz und dem Paragliding-Standort (Landung) 5km entfernt. Annecy und seine Altstadt 8km, Genf 50km.
Skifahren: Skigebiete der Aravis (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand) 25km, kleiner Familienort Montmin/Col de la Forclaz 12km, Semnoz 25km, Plateau des Glières (Schneeschuhwandern und Skilanglauf) 35km. Zahlreiche Wanderungen und Spaziergänge in der Nähe.

I et L Séjour au Chalet du Lac 1ère semaine juin 2026
Le chalet est magnifique. Il est idéalement situé : la vue sur le lac d'Annecy ainsi que sur la montagne y est splendide, aux proches alentours on trouve des petits commerces de bonne qualité et d'autres jolis villages. L'atmosphère y est calme et la végétation autour du chalet est bien entretenue, détente assurée. La terrasse spacieuse est parfaitement aménagée, elle est confortable et soignée. Très belle piscine. L'intérieur est charmant, décoré avec goût et également confortable, remarquable propreté. Les propriétaires du chalet sont très aimables et discrets.

Djamel Une vue et un gîte incroyable
C’est notre 5eme séjour dans ce gîte! Que dire de plus à part que nous avons hâte d’être à l’année prochaine pour profiter profiter de ce gîte digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Que le temps soit au rdv ou pas on ne se lasse pas de cette incroyable vue. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente chez soi. Des hôtes toujours aussi souriant et attentionné! On ne peut que recommander

Une vue à couper le souffle !!! Très bel endroit ! Le jardin , la terrasse et la piscine avec vue sur le lac d.’Annecy sont juste exceptionnels ! La maison est également fort agréable , décorée avec beaucoup de goût et les hôtes très accueillants et disponibles

Adam, Clare & Family Excellent Gite, amazing location!
We had an excellent stay in the Gite this summer. The owners were really welcoming and made sure they were always available for anything we needed. The Gite was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. The pool was amazing and our children had hours of fun in there cooling off in the heat. The views from the Gite were spectacular over the lake and we had breakfast outside each morning taking in the views. We would certainly recommend this Gite to anyone and hopefully we’ll get the opportunity to return soon. Thanks for a fantastic stay!!

Johnno Magnificent view
We had a wonderful week at the chalet in June at the end of a 6 week European holiday. The accommodation was very comfortable with beautiful linens and bedding, towels and bathrobes and everything you could need. We were pleased that the kitchen was very well equipped as we were keen do do some home cooking after so long away and we wanted to make the most of the fresh French produce. Eric and Dominique were very helpful but unobtrusive hosts who should be very proud of their beautiful place. We dined outside most of the week as there were ample furnished spots with tables, chairs and lounges to enjoy the magnificent view of the lake at any hour of the day or night. The biggest challenge for us was to get motivated to go out and explore the area as they chalet was so inviting we didn't want to leave it. We would definitely return as it was an indyllic relaxing end to our holiday.
