Haus mit 3 Gîtes und der Wohnung der Eigentümer.
1. Gîte von 40 m² im 1. Stock: kleine Küche, offen zum Wohnzimmer (1 Klick-Clac), 1 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 140), Badezimmer, separates WC, Zentralheizung, Balkon, Gemeinschaftsgrundstück, Außenbereich mit Rasen und Gartenmöbeln. Gemeinsame Waschmaschine mit dem Eigentümer. Vermietung von Bettwäsche.
Skistation: Morzine 2,5 km. Kostenloser Pendelbus in 50m Entfernung. Nur 1 Haustier erlaubt.

Roger Gite review
We have stayed at the gite for a total of 11 weeks over three visits, the location is excellent for the ski bus which stops at the end of the drive.
The first time we stayed was in 2019, we had a great stay and the owner was fine.
We stayed again in 2024 and the owner was fine, he was happy with the gite when we left but wouldn't allow us to use the washing machine which he had allowed on the previous visit, he wouldn't even allow us to pay to use the washing machine which seems harsh.
We booked again to stay in 2025 and the owner was immediatley unhappy.
He said we had left the gite very dirty the previous year, I pointed out to the agent that the owner had inspected the gite at the time of departure with myself and was happy.
He then went on to say we could use the washing machine a maximum of twice a week.
The gite is advertised as suitable for three people and says so on the notice on the back of the door. We changed the booking from 2 people to 3 people which nseems perfectly reasonable given it's advertised as suitable for 3 people, it says 3 people on the back of the door and we'd previously spent 4 weeks in the same gite as a family group of 3 people. The owner was unhappy with this, saying he didn't want 3 people in the gite for that amount of time.
If he doesn't want 3 people in the gite, don't advertise it for 3 people!
Anyway he said he would accept 3 people as per the contract and then when we arrived he was shaking his head saying there were 3 people, we travelled 1500km by car to this welcome.
When we wanted to check out the owner was referring to the previous year (when he had said everything was ok previously) and he was saying about dirty gites and our menagerie, i'm still unsure what he meant but he seemed determined to find something wrong and charge us.
There was fluff under the bed, he said. That was there when we arrived.
