Le Sablas

Built in the early 20th century, it has been enlarged and renovated. The house is set in 2 ha. of woodland (oak and pine) and features a private, fenced-in swimming pool with large, alarm-protected, paved terrace (diameter 8 m, depth 1.50 m, open from June to September), sun loungers and deckchairs.

For outdoor dining, there's a 25 m² terrace with arbour to the south and a 20 m² terrace to the north-west, both with garden furniture, barbecue and pizza oven.

Inside, a light-filled veranda lets you enjoy your meals in all seasons, opening onto a living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, sofa and armchairs.
The kitchen is well equipped (microwave, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, food processor, fridge/freezer...).
A wood-burning stove heats the kitchen, living room and mezzanine (wood supplied). Electric storage heating (payment to owner for consumption based on meter reading).

A master suite (1 bed 160x200 cm) with en-suite shower room. A bedroom with 2 twin beds (80x200 cm). A mezzanine (1 bed 140x190cm). A shower room with WC, 1 bathroom. 1 separate WC with washbasin and washing machine.

End-of-stay cleaning available. Sheets, towels and pool towels available on request.

For the last 500 m, access to the gîte is via an unpaved, stony hillside path.

The location of the house is ideal for hikers and cyclists. You can start your walks without taking your car, as the GR91 runs alongside the property.
It's also a good starting point for visiting our region: Avignon, Vaison la Romaine, Orange, the Lubéron.... and the festivals that enliven the region throughout the summer (Avignon, les Chorégies d'Orange, danse à Vaison la romaine...).
