This old farmhouse has been completely restored in the traditional way, with exposed stonework, Provencal-style ceilings and ecological hemp insulation. Adjoining the owner's home in a green mountain area, in a quiet location just 10 minutes from Gap and all its amenities. One-level entrance to this studio with 20 m² living room with sleeping area in BZ + single bed, equipped kitchen, dining area, TV and DVD player. Shower room-WC. Underfloor heating/wood-burning stove and electric heating if required. Lovely, quiet outdoor space opposite the old fountain in the shade of the old lime tree. Cleaning extra, please ask owner (special Covid cleaning). Finnish bath and sauna at extra charge, available outside summer. Extra bed for 1 person in a single bed (10 euros/night). The owner is a mountain guide and, depending on availability, can propose a supervised hiking outing with or without snowshoes, or recommend walks and lend you IGN maps. Snowshoe hire on site 8€. Walks depart from the gîte. We accept pets, but please allow an extra €10/night (1 pet max. accepted) and €56/week. In winter, from November to April, "energy" package (wood - electricity) WE 8 €, 3 nights or more 2.5 € / night. For more than 2 people, 8 € / pers. / night (free for children under 2). Electric vehicle charging station (chargeable).
