In a former tannery dating from 1774, renovated house of character and atypical, located in the village of Saint-Pancrace. Ideal location as it is close to all amenities, and 3 km from the historic center of Briançon. Two guest rooms: Élise, for 2 people (140 cm double bed) with separate bathroom and WC, accessible from the living room; and Queen, a family space made up of 2 bedrooms (each with a 140 cm bed) and a small living room area containing a single bed (120 cm), a bathroom and a WC separated.
