Gîte in detached house with pivative terrace and reserved parking on the edge of the hamlet of Casset, with its typical mountain village architecture, on the edge of the Ecrins National Park, just 2 km from the Monêtier baths, the Serre-Chevalier ski slopes and 100 m from the cross-country ski trails. Monêtier is part of the Serre-Chevalier ski resort, offering a wide range of winter and summer activities. Ground-floor entrance to owner's house via southwest-facing terrace. Large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. Dishwasher, microwave oven, TV + DVD player, electric heating. Shower room, wc, shared laundry room with washing machine and freezer. One bedroom with 1 double bed and a mountain area with 2 single bunk beds for 2 extra people. Garden furniture is available in the small outdoor area. Wifi connection. Ski storage. Sheets and towels available for hire. Optional cleaning service at end of stay.
