The "Apartment Le Vieux Canal" gite is located on the 1st floor of a new detached house including the owner's home. Independent access is via an outside staircase. The accommodation consists of a large bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxation area; a double bedroom (160*200cm bed) and a shower room/WC. Provision of a secure equipment room (outdoor shed in summer and owner's garage in winter on request). For a comfortable stay, sheets, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Enjoy the calm and the view of the surrounding mountains from the south/west facing outdoor area. Public parking in front of the gîte. Heating with underfloor heating via heat pump.
