Peace and quiet in the upper part of Savines le Lac, with a stunning view of the lake. Everything on the spot (shops, swimming, hiking, heritage, etc) for your holiday in this gîte on the first floor of a detached house set in enclosed grounds of about 800 m². In winter you can choose between the family-oriented ski resorts of Réallon or Les Orres. Entrance on first floor via interior stairway. Living room with sitting area opening onto balcony, TV, kitchen (fridge-freezer), microwave), bathroom with washing machine, toilet. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single bunk beds), one leading outside to terrace. Central heating. Garden furniture , barbecue. Optional sheet rental and baby equipment on request. Ground floor vacant.

5/5Un agréable séjour chez Mme Martin toujours accueillis avec le sourire et la bonne humeur
Le gîte est à notre convenance, dans son jus mais tt le.confort y est.lz.prix y est très abordable
C'est à 2 pas des commerces, ses restaurants, et de la plage de savines .
C'est l'endroit idéal pour les sportifs comme pour farniente

ravissante maison au lac de serre ponçon
