Located in a Natura 2000 site, this gîte for 4 to 6 people boasts a magnificent view of the Luberon and a private swimming pool.

Un Petit Coin de Paradis" is located on the first floor of the owners' villa, facing the southern slopes of the Luberon.

On one level, it comprises :
- A kitchen/dining room with 4-burner gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, large-capacity fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dining area for 4 and tea corner for 2.
- A living room (no window in this room) with sofa bed (extra bed for 2 children possible at extra cost), flat-screen TV, bookcases and pedestal tables.
- A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm), desk and chest of drawers.
- A 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, chaise longue, piano, armchair and en-suite shower room with 80x80cm shower and washbasin.
- A bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.
- A shower room
- Separate WC.

Outdoor gravelled area with garden furniture, where you can meet Miss, the Yorkie, or Plume and Bella, the house cats. Plancha available. Beautiful pool area, with alarm-protected pool reserved for use by tenants (9x4m, 1.5m deep, open from 15/05 to 30/09, 9am to 10pm). No sun creams or oils allowed when using the pool.
Private parking on gated property.

All-inclusive: electric heating, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels. Only pool towels can be rented on request from the owners, for €5 per person.
Owners' washing machines available on request.
Please note: the terrain is unsuitable for young children (unsecured overhanging areas, slope).
