Les Manadiers

In the heart of the historic center of Arles and only 200m from the arenas, the citybreak Les Manadiers is a studio with a mezzanine recently renovated while keeping the charm of the old (stone walls and wooden beams) and located on the 2nd and top floor of a building.

On the ground floor, the entrance is shared with the Gîte Aux Couleurs de Provence (13G202222) and has a laundry area with shared washing machine and dryer.
In beautiful stone staircase leads to the studio composed:
- a bathroom with shower 80x80cm, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.
- an integrated kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, oven and small dishwasher, extractor hood, table top fridge and microwave. A high table / central island with 4 high stools.
- a living room with sofa and armchairs, coffee table. Wall cupboard with hanging space and shelves.
- a bedroom on the mezzanine of 9.8m², accessible by a staircase, with two 80x190cm beds, bedside tables and lamps, low storage unit.

Electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Cleaning, sheets and towels optional. No TV but Wifi internet connection.
