On the heights of Auriol, between Aubagne and Aix en Provence, small cottage on the back of the owners'house. Private enclosed area with terrace overlooking a small garden with synthetic grass and garden furniture. Enclosed property with parking outside.
Groundfloor (2 steps) : full equipped kitchen with 2 gas hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher for 6 covers, small washing machine (3,5 kg), combined microwave, coffee maker, toaster, boiler. Living room with dining area, sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV 95 cm, DVD player and counter.
Above (4 steps) : 1st bedroom with 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm, small library with games, and wardrobe. 2nd bedroom with a double bed in 140 x 190 cm, wardrobe, dresser, chair and armchair. Both with a beautiful view over the Valley. Bathroom with a thermostatic shower 70 cm x 70 cm, toilet, washbasin furniture and a small hanged storage unit.
Underfloor heating (low temperature). All charges included (linen, heating). Beds made on arrival. House cleaning on request (40 €). Baby-bed and high chair on request. Barbecue. Animals accepted but it's forbidden to leave them alone inside when you're gone and no animal waste on the property. Wi-fi (Freebox).
Cassis beaches are less than a quarter of an hour from the House. Tree climbing 2 kms.

5/5Très bien accueilli, nous avons passé un agréable séjour afin de pouvoir fêter l'anniversaire de notre petit-fils. Le logement offre une magnifique vue sur le village d'Auriol. De nombreux commerces à proximité (St Zacharie, Auriol, La Destrousses...).

5/5Un séjour idyllique. Un gîte confortable, tout équipé, propre et bien situé bref le top!. Les propriétaires du gîte sont des personnes chaleureuses, à l'écoute et très attentionnées.

Très bon séjour
4/5Très bon séjour. Gîte agréable, très bien aménagé, rien ne manque ( pas même le linge de toilette, de maison torchon, serviettes de table, draps). Les propriétaires sont charmants, très à l écoute de leurs hôtes.
