In the countryside, between Alpilles and Camargue and 5' from the center of Fontvieille, beautiful recent bastide on 2 levels, on a fenced plot of 2000m² with secure swimming pool (5x10m, max depth 1.9m) accessible from April 1 (depending on weather conditions) to October 30 (depending on weather conditions).
Terrace (42 m²) partly covered with garden furniture, barbecue.
Ground floor: large living room/kitchen with TV (Orange box), hi-fi system, comfortable living room, dining area. Fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Laundry room with washing machine. Separate toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (double bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (double bed 140x190cm) with its private bathroom (lion's paw bath), bedroom 3 (2 single beds 90x190cm). Bathroom with shower 80x80cm and heated towel rail. Private toilet.
Electric heating (included). Wireless. Sheets and towels on request. Cot and baby chair on request. Cleaning in supplement.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage
5/5Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig; es ist funktional eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Der große, nicht einsehbare Garten ist sehr gepflegt und ein phantastischer Ort zum Entspannen! Perfekt ist an heißen Tagen (während unseres Aufenthaltes Ende Mai waren fast 30° Grad) natürlich auch der schöne, große Pool.
Zu Fuß geht man bequem etwa zwanzig Minuten ins Zentrum. Fontvieille ist ein hübscher, nicht zu touristischer Ort mit netten Restaurants. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Markt am Montag Morgen.
