The "Pas Maï" Provençal villa, built in the 1950s, is located on the upper slopes of Cap Ferrat, in a peaceful, green setting facing south-east and benefits from plenty of sunshine.
The Gîte is located on the garden level of the villa. Completely renovated to provide every comfort for a pleasant stay. The swimming pool is just a few meters away, and you can stroll around the garden with its goldfish pond and fruit trees. The attention and discretion of the owners will be your guarantee of a pleasant stay.
2 extra guests can be accommodated in an adjoining room at a special rate for 6 people.

Gîte comprises
- 2 bedrooms (double bed 140*190) each with its own shower and toilet.
- A recently converted additional bedroom (double bed 140*190) with en-suite bathroom, adjoining the 3-room ground-floor apartment (with a supplement of between 60 and 100 euros depending on the season).
- The living room with sofa, bench, bookcase of books, knick-knacks and other items.
- The interior dining room adjoining the living room.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Loggia overlooking the pool, dining area and relaxation area.

- Swimming pool (11m*4m) accessible all year round but NOT heated, and garden for guests' exclusive use.
