Shared swimming pool accessible all year round but not heated! New house with 3 rentals including two rural gîtes. You can enjoy the swimming pool shared by the owner and other rentals. Layout of this neat and rather designer gîte. Contes is one of the main towns in the Nice hinterland. You will find all the shops and services on site in the village. Tennis courts, basketball courts, climbing site... The location of the village allows both mountain hikes and sea bathing on the coast. Near Nice, capital of the Côte d'Azur.

5/5nous avons été très bien accueilli, ce gîte est idéalement placé entre NICE et MENTON, idéale pour aller vois les différents carnavals. Situé proche de l'Italie une escapade est très facile sur la journée.
