House comprising two gîtes (4013 & 4027) on the 1st and 2nd floors, in the charming village of Belvédère located between Nice and St Martin Vésubie in the heart of the Mercantour and at :
12 km Vallée Gordolasque: access to refuge de Nice, Gelas, Clapier, Vallée des Merveilles
25 km La Colmiane with France's largest zip line, summer tobogganing, Via Ferrata and winter ski slopes
10 mn Berthemont les Bains, a spa resort in the Alpes-Maritimes that also offers relaxation and SPA facilities
12 km St Martin Vésubie with its famous Vésubia Mountain Park (swimming pool, spa area, climbing/canyoning gym), the Comté de Nice brewery
20 km Boreon with its fishing lake and Parc Alpha Loup
20 km Col de Turini, famous for the Monte Carlo rally, its activities (tobogganing in summer, go-karting) and its family ski resort in winter

A flanc de montagne
4/5Petit appartement adapté pour 2 personnes. La salle d’eau-wc est minuscule. Logement très propre et calme, cuisine équipée très simplement mais il ne manque rien. Au dernier étage (sur 2), nous avons eu très chaud même la nuit (début août 24) et avons fait courant d’air toutes les nuits. Un petit balcon étroit permet de petit-déjeuner et dîner dehors avec une très belle vue dégagée, impossible pour de déjeuner en plein soleil brûlant..
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans un village accroché à la montagne, le dernier sur la route pour pont Countet et ses randos.- Cleanliness 5/5

Super Gite
5/52 superbes semaines dans le gîte de Gilles et Rabia. Situé dans le Mercantour à proximité des Merveilles, beaucoup de randonnées sont accessibles directement depuis le village, typique, de superbes paysages, ces 2 semaines furent régénérantes. Merci à eux.

Belle vue
5/5Gîte très agréable, traversant, possibilité de faire des courants d'air, nous n'avons pas eu chaud. Le village est très calme. Il est très bien placé pour visiter les vallées de la Tinée, de la Vésubie, le col de Turini, jusqu'à Sospel.
