Located in Ecommoy, in the Pays de la Loire region, close to the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit (15 minutes), KVS concept Ecommoy offers bed and breakfast accommodation for up to 15 people, and a 45 m2 outbuilding, in its superb 2700m2 grounds. Free private parking (max. 8 spaces) and access to a fitness room. A hairdressing salon specializing in image consultancy and self-defense classes are available as optional extras, as well as massage and other treatments, subject to availability. Rooms available for seminars and meetings. From April to October 15, the establishment also offers the services of our caterer, with a quotation by e-mail. You can enjoy the large garden or go for walks in the surrounding Bercé forest.

A fully restored manor house, we offer rooms with private bathrooms.
Our concept is essentially based on the respect of promiscuity and the choice of spaces. In fact, we don't share any common areas in the house with our guests, even though we're always at your disposal. Several outdoor areas have been designed and laid out to give everyone the freedom to use them as they wish.
Our 150 m2 loft, with its 4 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as its large room, is more suited to seminars or groups wishing to enjoy the nearby 24-hour circuit, for example, or to animate a work group, as it is equipped with a projector and a beautiful screen.
When the sun is shining, the grounds of our manor house are sure to enchant you with their calm, flora and birdsong, right in the heart of a lively little town.
If you'd like to give your stay an even more relaxing touch, then book a professional 2- or 4-hand massage with us, or a spa for an hour of total decompression.
On the other hand, if you want to get moving, take advantage of the experience of your host Sylvain, who can introduce you to bodybuilding, self-defense or sports taekwondo, all on site.
But it doesn't stop there. On request, your host Karine can welcome you in her private hairdressing salon and take care of you (image advice, haircut, color, highlights, etc.).
