The gite is the former farmhouse in the grounds of the Château (18th century - ISMH). Totally independent entrance, living and access to the shared swimming pool. 3 bedrooms with double or single beds: Tell me your wishes (linen provided, including pool towels, and beds made up on arrival). Most important of all: swimming pool at 27/28°C, walk in the park and carrot tour with the horses. We'll have an aperitif together during your stay, and a visit to the Château is planned... Horses, dogs and cats are also welcome. As for the rest, I hope you'll enjoy discovering the gentle way of life here.

Perfect gite
5/5We had a very enjoyable week in this beautiful gite - it is very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, and in a stunning location. In addition to the wonderful interior, the outside areas are fantastic too - there’s a very pleasant patio and bbq area, and the pool is superb! We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who is always on hand if needed - thank you for your very kind hospitality!

Superbe découverte de la Sarthe avec notre hôte Bertrand
5/5Dépendance du château du Tronchet: maison spacieuse très bien meublée et décorée, confortable, accessible aux familles avec tout le nécessaire pour bébé et jeune enfant, un jardin avec balançoire, table ping-pong et donc grande piscine. Séjour très agréable et reposant. Nous avons randonné tous les jours à proximité du château. Bertrand est très discret mais présent, à l’écoute, dévoué nickel!! Visites de Piacé recommandée et du vieux Mans extraordinaire, ☺️

Superbe gîte reposant
4/5Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour familial, le gîte dans son écrin de verdure est très confortable et reposant. L’accueil de Bertrand est très convivial et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.
